Our volunteer days are held at 104 4th Street in Turners Falls between 1-5pm. Come hang out, connect with other folks in the community, look through cool books, and build relationships with folks on the inside”

• Our main floor is ramp accessible and we have pre-made bundles for folks unable to access the basement library.

You do not have to let us know in advance that you’re coming– just show up! We’d love to have you! If you are interested in bringing a group of volunteers from a school or institution to our volunteer days please make sure to let us know in advance so that we can adequately prepare for the additional (greatly appreciated!) help. Donation of Materials

Aside from books and money, we can use various office and mailing supplies including:

• stamps
• envelopes (various sizes)
• pens, markers
• paper bags (or other pieces of large plain paper to wrap packages)
• scissors
• printer paper
• prepaid Staples Copy & Print Center cards
• clear packing tape
• sturdy, clean rubbermaid-type plastic bins

Or how about a nice, high quality double-sided photocopier with plenty of toner if you’ve got one lying around?

Also, we probably can’t stress enough that relatively recent paperback DICTIONARIES & THESAURUSES are always needed. It’s certainly helpful if you can keep a look out for dictionaries at thrift stores, yard sales, and other places where you might be able to find them inexpensively.
